QUALITY POLICY

NZOZ SPS "DENTIST" is a leading Clinic providing dental services in the area of aesthetic dentistry, implantology and endodontics. In 2007 we implemented a quality management system compliant with the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2000 standard, so that we could consistently improve the quality of our services. We aim to ensure our patients’ satisfaction by:

  • performing dental procedures consistent with the most stringent standards of quality and effectiveness
  • providing a professional and friendly service and employing highly-qualified staff

THIS AIM IS FULFILLED BY:

  • building and fostering good and lasting relationships with the patients
  • consistently improving the staff’s competence and qualifications
  • using state-of-the-art equipment and methods in the provision of dental services by introducing the latest solutions in world-class dentistry
  • building relations between staff and improving the organisational structure


All staff undertake to follow the established quality management system procedures and comply with the provisions of this quality policy, as well as to continuously strive to improve the operation of the system.

The owner of the clinic, Maciej Żarow, M.D. Ph.D., undertakes to provide the necessary resources to ensure the proper operation of the quality management system.
